We ship worldwide. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical residential or business address with your order to ensure prompt shipping.

Free Shipping NZ on all orders
International Delivery: $30 flat rate

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working day
We will do our very best to get your order to you within the below time frames:

New Zealand: 1 - 5 business days
Australia: 5 - 10 business days
Rest of World: 5 - 15 business days

TRACKING & DELIVERY
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been collected. Please be aware that delivery time may be affected by customs clearance delays.
Please note that any additional fees incurred due to delivery refusal or multiple failed attempts at delivery are your responsibility.

If you enter your phone number and email address at the checkout we can contact you in case of any changes with your delivery.

For orders to countries outside of New Zealand, duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

LUC does not refund duties and taxes paid should you wish to return an item. Residents from countries outside of New Zealand can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.

Orders to Australia with a value over $1,000 AUD will be liable for duties and taxes, for an estimate on these charges please contact your local customs office. Shipments to Australia qualify for reduced duty rates, this will be applied automatically when we ship to you.
