Refund policy

ARRANGE A RETURN
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return your item(s) for a credit or exchange. If goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, we are sorry and will offer a full refund, exchange or credit note as well as refunding the cost of shipping. Refunds are given on a case-by case basis.

 

Please note: we will not provide refunds for change of mind and/or on sale items.


Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. LUC must receive the garment in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached.


Please email customercare@lucthelabel.com to obtain a return authorization number (ra number). You must notify the reason for the return and if you require an exchange, credit or refund.


Please include the following when returning an item to LUC:
The obtained ra number.
Your receipt print out.


It is the responsibility of the return sender to ensure the returned goods are cleared through customs, LUC claims no responsibility to aid in the returning of goods and will not process any form of credit until the goods have been delivered to our head office.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned unless it is due to a fault in the garment. All exchanges will be posted out at the cost of the customer. The cost of the return and any duties and taxes must be met by the return shipper.
